x6817's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
x6817 believes that entertainment should always be enjoyed in a controlled and mindful way — your safety is our highest priority.
Why Responsible Gaming Matters
At x6817, we believe online betting and casino games should be a source of fun — not stress or problems. Many people in Bangladesh enjoy online gaming for entertainment, and that is perfectly normal. But when gaming goes out of control, it can have serious effects on personal, family, and financial life.
That is why x6817 is committed to ensuring a safe, transparent, and responsible environment for all its users. Our platform offers various tools and features to help you monitor your gaming habits and take control when needed.
On this page you will find information about — age limit rules, how to set deposit limits, self-exclusion options, the time-out feature, and how to get support. x6817's goal is to keep every player's experience enjoyable and free from harm.
Our Protection Tools
Set Deposit Limits
Set a limit on how much money you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit requires a specific waiting period.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break, take a temporary time-out ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period it will not be possible to log in to your account or place any bets.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, activate self-exclusion to remove yourself from the platform for a long-term or permanent period. Simply contact our support team to activate it.
Betting History Monitoring
A detailed history of all bets, deposits, and withdrawals is available in your account. This transparency helps you keep track of your own spending.
24/7 Support
For any concerns or questions, x6817's support team is available around the clock via live chat and email in both Bengali and English.
Age Verification
To open an account and play at x6817, the minimum age requirement is 21. We take strict measures against minors registering accounts.
21+ Age Limit Policy
The x6817 platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. This is not just a rule — it is an ethical commitment. Young people and teenagers are not mentally mature enough, and gambling can have a harmful effect on their developing mental health.
x6817 verifies age at registration and before the first withdrawal. If a user opens an account with false information and this is later proven, the account will be closed and any deposited funds will be returned.
If you know that a minor in your circle is using x6817 or any other online gaming platform, please contact us immediately.
Ways to Protect Minors at Home
- Use passwords and PINs on personal devices
- Keep parental controls enabled on your browser
- Never share your login information with anyone
- Always log out after using your account
- Have open conversations with your children about the risks of online gaming
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
If you notice the following in yourself, it is time to seek help. These are not signs of weakness — they simply indicate that you need a little support.
Placing more bets to recover losses ("chasing losses")
Hiding your gaming habits or lying to family and friends
Spending money meant for bills, rent, or food on betting
Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities in order to bet
Repeatedly returning to gaming despite trying to stop
Experiencing anxiety, depression, or sleep problems due to betting
How to Build Healthy Betting Habits
Set a Budget in Advance
Decide in advance how much money you can spend on entertainment each week. Do not exceed that limit.
Limit Your Time
Decide in advance how long you will play each day. Set a timer on your phone and actually stop when time is up.
Never Bet on Impulse
Do not place bets when angry, sad, frustrated, or overly excited. Play with a calm mind.
Do Not See Winning as the Only Goal
Betting is entertainment, not a guaranteed way to earn money. Losing is normal — learn to accept it.
Take Regular Breaks
Take breaks during long sessions. Spend time with family and friends, and pursue other hobbies.
Check In With Yourself
Ask yourself the following questions from time to time:
- Am I playing purely for entertainment, or to recover money?
- Did I stay within my set budget last month?
- Are the people close to me concerned about my gaming habits?
- Am I avoiding other important tasks in order to play?
- When I lose, do I want to play even more?
If the answer to any of the above questions is "yes", please talk to our support team. We are here to help.
How Deposit Limits & Self-Exclusion Work
Deposit Limit
You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit from your account settings. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Once a limit is reduced it takes effect immediately. A request to increase a limit takes a set amount of time to come into effect — this is intentional so that decisions are not made on impulse.
Time-Out Feature
A time-out is a short-term break that can range from 24 hours to several weeks. During this period you will not be able to log in to the platform or place any bets. Once the time-out ends, the account becomes active again automatically. This is different from self-exclusion.
Self-Exclusion Process
To activate self-exclusion, email [email protected] directly or let us know via live chat. Our team is available 24/7 and ready to assist in Bengali. Once self-exclusion is activated it cannot be lifted before the set period ends — this rule is there for your own protection.
Reality Checks & Notifications
During long sessions, x6817 will remind you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent. These reminders help you make mindful decisions so that gaming does not go beyond the boundaries of entertainment.
